The Micro-24 Platform
Space Inventor presents the Micro-24, a 100 kg class microsatellite platform that delivers high performance in a compact 1.0 m x 1.0 m x 1.0 m form factor. Built from modular equipment, the platform offers unmatched flexibility and can be tailored to a wide range of mission profiles.
The Micro-24 is designed with hybrid chemical and electric propulsion, enabling both efficient orbit maintenance and agile maneuvering. Its deployable solar panels and storage capacity of up to 1000 Whr provide up to 500 W continuous power for payloads, supporting even the most demanding applications.
For precise operations, the platform features 3-axis active attitude control with a pointing accuracy of 0.008° (3σ), supported by star trackers, fine sun sensors, and gyros. Multiple control modes — including nadir pointing, inertial, ground spot tracking, and scanning — allow mission versatility, while dual-mode operation enables optimized configurations.
The Micro-24 is built with reliability in mind, featuring redundant data handling, advanced processors, and high-speed communications over S/X and Ka-bands. Whether for Earth observation, communications, or technology demonstration, the Micro-24 offers a robust, customizable foundation for customer-specific missions.
